How the Coronavirus will Affect our Services

As an essential retailer of heating and plumbing products, our shop will remain open as normal, 7 days a week. To help protect our staff and customers, please call first to make an appointment as we are limiting entries to one customer group at a time.



Things we have changed:


  • Our shop is open on a by appointment basis only. Please call or email to book a visit. No more than one group can visit at a time with a maximum of 2 adults. Face masks are required as well as the use of hand sanitiser on entry. The shop is spacious to allow safe distancing.

  • You can place an order using Click & Collect service and our Valves, taps and accessories are still being sent out mainly on a next day service.

  • Our home design and selection service is still running in an approximate 50 mile radius from our base in West Sussex, with our staff following social distancing and hygiene procedures.

  • Our telephone and online consultations and design service are operating as normal 7 days a week..


What does this mean for you?


  • Our valves and accessories deliveries are unaffected and still being shipped out on a next day service. International deliveries are subject to international shipping rules and could face delays.

  • There has been some shipping delays on stock as our products are manufactured around the world. This has resulted in delayed delivery dates. We are doing everything we can to reduce these delays and ensure our customers are kept up to date with their orders.


We would like to thank you for your understanding and patience during these confusing and challenging times. We will continue to operate based on the latest Government advice.
