How the Coronavirus will Affect our Services

As COVID-19 continues to evolve and new challenges arise in our everyday lives we wanted to update our customers on how the pandemic is affecting our service. Our top priority is to ensure we maintain our high-quality service whilst keeping our team safe.

Things we have changed:

  • Our office staff have been working from home since Monday the 9th of March and can still provide project consultations, process orders and update our website.

  • Some suppliers and couriers are also currently operating as usual, only with reduced staff and increased hygiene when handling. We are frequently checking in with them to see if their services are changing to combat Covid-19 and if it will therefore impact our service. Please call to check if a supplier is open or not as these change daily.

What does this mean for you?

  • Our valves and accessories deliveries are unaffected and still being shipped out on a next day service. International deliveries are subject to international shipping rules and could face delays.

  • There has been some shipping delays on stock as our products are manufactured around the world. This has resulted in delayed delivery dates. We are doing everything we can to reduce these delays and ensure our customers are kept up to date with their orders.

  • Our Home Selection Service is suspended and not doing any more visits until the lock-down is lifted and it deemed safe to mix with other people. Our showroom opening has been delayed and will not open until non-essential shops are allowed to reopen.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and patience during these confusing and challenging times. We will continue to operate based on the latest Government advice.
