Because our cast iron radiators are hand-built to your exact length (number of sections) and finished in your specific choice of paint or polish, they are completely unique to you. For this reason, bespoke and custom-finished items cannot be cancelled or returned once assembly or painting has started in the workshop. Standard off-the-shelf accessories and valves can be returned within 14 days.
