BC Designs baths come with FREE delivery to standard UK addresses. This would be a pallet curb-side delivery and so would require the customer to lift it into the property once they have their product delivered. Make sure to inspect the product once the pallet has arrived before the pallet truck leaves.

Lead times for BC designs acrylic baths are 2 weeks in a standard white polish finish and around 5 weeks for a painted finish. Please contact us for the most up to date lead times.

BCDesigns baths are delivered on pallets and are delivered kerbside to the ground floor of the delivery address. The delivery driver will have a pallet truck to wheel the pallet as close to your property as possible, but cannot traverse steps, grass or gravel. The driver will not assist with lifting products into your property.

Please check all items on delivery. Report any immediate damage on the delivery note when signing and report to us within 24 hours.
