Free Delivery to most UK addresses. There is a surcharge for more remote areas. Worldwide delivery can be arranged.
Vogue UK have their own transport and arrange the delivery directly. Please call first if you need a more accurate delivery date as at certain times of the year delivery may take longer. Vogue branded towel warmers supplied and installed within UK are also covered by an extended 2, 15, or 30 Year product warranty – subject to our business trading Terms & Conditions against manufacturing defects. Components such as inset radiators, not of our manufacture, which become faulty by reason of defected materials, come with a 2 year warranty only.
Bespoke items are non-returnable. Please note that certain non-stock models are also non-returnable. Returned stocked items will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Products ordered incorrectly or where the specification has changed will incur a re-stock charge. Bespoke/custom made products are non-refundable. Upon the return of a product Vogue (UK) Ltd reserves the right to refuse credit if the product is not made available upon an agreed collection/return in line with the Company’s terms and conditions.
Vogue (UK) Ltd recommends that preparatory work such as the adjustment of existing pipework, the installation of new pipework, or the advance drilling of holes, etc. is not carried out until the towel warmer or radiator is on site and positioned for fitting.

Pipe centres are provided as a centre to centre tapings using the Vogue (UK) range of valves. Valves are NOT supplied with each product. Please see Valves & Accessories

You can also give us a call or send us an email. The price for converting the towel rails can vary depending on the accessories and finishes but starts at est. £165 per towel rail
